How to find a lost phone that is turned off
When a phone is fully powered off, normal apps cannot send new GPS updates because the operating system is not running. The most useful clue is usually the last known location before the phone went offline.
Check last known location
Use Google Find My Device or Apple Find My to see the last recorded location. If SafeMyPhone sent an alert before shutdown, check your email for GPS coordinates, captured photos, and timestamps.
Wait for reconnection
